Santa Monica Neveria y Paleteria was born from a simple belief: the best frozen treats start with real ingredients and a whole lot of patience. Our recipes come straight from Mexico, passed down through our family and refined over years of serving our Houston neighborhood.

Every morning we arrive early to hand-churn our ice creams, slice fresh fruit for our paletas, and prepare each batch with the same care our abuelas would approve of. No shortcuts. No artificial anything. Just honest, cold, delicious Mexican ice cream — the way it's supposed to be.
